Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
Is a file and record digitization platform include Process Automation for document Correspondence Flow. Not only will Crater 365 convert all exiting documents of the Ministry, using the right technology tools into digital assets bonded to its authors, but it will also provide properly versioned and archived document for easy storage and retrieval/referral by any organization.

Lead Assignment
Lead assignment to user basis to user’s LIVE LOCATION considering the proximity of user to lead (client) location. User can manage the entire lead (client) interaction/engagement seamlessly with complete audit trail.
Offline Attendance Management
In absence of internet connectivity, Offline Attenda.nce feature allows user to mark attendance in Offline mode with Time Stamp and Geo Tagging. SMS will be sent to mark attendance in Offline Mode.

User can plan activity/event with specific details (e.g., location, time and description) and enable reminders for the same.
Survey/Data Collection
Structured data collection through full-fledged survey engine. The survey tool offers 10 different types of survey questions and designed for recurring survey/data collection at scale.
Reporting
Reporting is configurable to organization/team hierarchy-based access to download reports (for the data collected through survey). Users have access to download the reports submitted by subordinates.

Face detection and recognition for verification, required to mark attendance
Live View
‘LIVE VIEW’ shows the current location of all the users on the field with user details. This feature will also display ‘Planned Vs Actual’ route map of the user while on the field.

Touch ID or password-based access to prevent unauthorized access to the Crater 365 App
Data Security and Confidentiality
User cannot copy, download or forward the shared content Content shared is not stored on Mobile Phones Sharing content across groups is controlled by Group Admin No screenshots allowed on Android Mobile Phone
Document Approval Workflow
The Document Approval workflow lets user share the file(s) with one or more user(s) for their approval before the file(s) being shared amongst the group. To make the approval process easy and consistent, the user can define list of approvers and the order of approval.
